Order Policies

Excel Math orders are being shipped.

Our store is now closed.

Thanks for 42 wonderful years!

Our owner, Brad Baker, plans to retire this month and has retired the Excel Math brand as well. You can read the full press release about Excel Math's retirement here: www.excelmath.com/BLOG/AnsMarPressRelease.pdf
We highly value direct contact with our customers. If you have any questions about our products and how they can meet your educational needs, please call us at 866-866-7026 and talk to a friendly person. We are in the office from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. You can email info@excelmath.com

Prices on this web store have been adjusted to include shipping in the item price. This simplifies our calculation of tax and shipping on the web invoices. Prices are comparable on this web store and calling us directly.

We handle night and weekend orders on the following business day. We try to ship within 48 hours after we process the order. This gives us time to assemble your order, pack it in boxes or on pallets, and contact the shipping carriers. If for some reason there are any special issues with your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

The time periods shown in the Shipping Methods window are those promised by each individual carrier and begin as soon as they pick up the order from us. Carriers may or may not deliver on a weekend – it depends on their policies and the method you choose.

We do not maintain your credit card or payment information on our website or within our company systems. The credit card information is passed directly to your credit card company for approval. Only the approval code and your address are passed to our internal accounting systems.

Your data will never be shared with any other parties.

Please call us at 866.866.7026 to arrange for your items to be picked up and/or shipped back to our warehouse. Return products must be in unused and saleable condition.

Thank you for your visit!
